Cloth is worn and marked, rubbed all round edges and bumped on corners, sunned over spine. Text block edges dusted and spotted. Endpapers a little toned, with a small bookseller's ticket on the front paste down, else internally neat, clean and tight.
The memoirs of the English conductor, composer and music teacher, Sir Landon Ronald (1873-1938). An earlier enthusiast of recorded music, he had a long time association with the Gramophone Company (which became EMI).
