Undated but circa 1950. 288pp, with black and white plate illustrations. Chestnut cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on black relief on spine. Top edge sprayed green. 12mo. Cloth is a little tired, gently rounded on corners and spine tips, a little sunned over spine with a few mild marks on verso and minor indentation on rear fore edge. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
Reed Olsen's account of his experiences during the second world war as a member of the Norwegian resistance: he is perhaps best remembered for the Lysaker Bridge sabotage and operating illegal radio transmitters.
