Frist thus.  84pp, with occasional monochrome illustrations.  Ochre cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering front and spine.  8vo.  Volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout.  In its original dust wrapper, not price clipped, very slightly bumped on extreme edges.

Duchan's 'These for Remembrance' - his memories of six friends lost during the Great War - was first printed just after the war in 1919.  It is not known with certainty how many copies were printed but it is unlikely to have been more than seven - one copy for Buchan and one each for the families of the six friends.  It is possible, however, that Buchan's author's copy was the only complete one, with the families receiving just the section relating to their lost loved one.  The text and illustrations printed here are exact reproductions, printed from Buchan's own personal copy.
