Storm Jameson (1891-1986) was an English author and journalist and President of PEN from 1938 to 1944). Her novels and writing was popular and well-regarded at the time; she was a well-known figure, working at PEN with H.G. Wells, E.M. Forster, Rebecca West and others, but was largely overlooked critics and readers alike since.
