Tennyson, Queen Victoria's Poet Laureate, was widely explored by postcard manufacturers, many of the postcards becoming series collector's items. This booklet, reproducing many of those postcards, produced by Lincolnshire County Council in part to celebrate the poet's birthday, provides an opportunity to explore and experience his work in a context reminiscent of that which his first readers would have shared.
