A slim booklet presenting the collection of masterpieces of furniture and artefacts gathered by Frederick Parker and his sons. Frederick Parker founded the firm of furniture makers, now known as Parker-Knoll, in 1870, who believed that inspiration and skills from the 'old masters' was critical to fine furniture making. The foreword, by Cecil Turner, founder of the Grosvenor House Antique Dealers' Fair and Exhibitions, amounts to a brief corporate history of Parker-Knoll.
