Complete in two volumes. Volume 1 (text): 198pp. Volume 2 (plates): [ii], plus 51 monochrome plate illustrations. Both volumes uniformly bound in blood red cloth-covered boards, gilt lettering upper panels and spines. All edges sprayed red. Brown endpapers. 8vos. Cloth moderately rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Internally both volumes have a small pencil mark on the front free endpaper, are stamped 'standexamplaar' [stand copy] on the title page and have an institutional stamp and small ink annotation on the copyright page. Text pages are a little toned; all plates clean and bright.
