Green cloth-covered boards, with blind and black impressed decorations and gilt lettering and embellishments front and spine. 8vo. Boards are quite heavily worn, rubbed around a sunned spine, rounded on corners. Text block edges dust darkened and toned. Endpapers toned, remaining pages lightly spotted. Prize presentation plate from Aske's Hatcham School for Girls, dated 1910, on the front paste down. Volume loose. All plates present but one detached and now loosely laid in. A hard to find title.
