Undated but circa 1985. 4pp stapled booklet in printed paper wraps, some monochrome charts in text. 8vo. Covers are worn, lightly toned, rubbed at edges, with a flat crease to the front cover and numerous minor handling signs. A little fragile but internally neat and clean but less than bright with typescript a little faded in places.
