Teres Carreno was a celebrated Venezuelan virtuoso pianist, also known as the Valkyrie of the Piano. Her "Possibilities of Tone Color" explores the subtle ways to manipulate tone by using a piano's pedals, including the techniques of Pedal-Crescendo and Pedal-Diminuendo. A very hard to find title.
