Undated but circa 1960. 88pp illustrated, stapled booklet in light card covers, presented in its original red vinyl wrapper with the Jaguar Cars logo gilded on the front, a large folding, two colour chart showing the Jaguar 2.4 chassis maintenaince practice loosely laid in. 8vo. Card covers are clean and only a little rubbed at edges (as protected in viynl wrapper). The pages are well-thumbed with some greasy finger marks and some waviness on page edges, with signs of damp damage to last few pages. Binding a little fragile with central spread detached but holding. The vinyl wrapper is worn, marked and soiled but generally neat and tidy.
A rare survival, a complete and original service manual for the Jaguar 2.4 litre mark two, which was manufactured by Jaguar Cars in Coventry between 1959 and 1967 as a mid-sized luxury sports saloon car.
