The coloured map from the original and page 658 onwards are absent from the original and have been faithfully reproduced and bound with. 8vo. Boards a clean and crisp. Internally the original text pages are a little toned and spotted, with a stain affected the upper text block over pages 1 to 36 (but not affecting text at all). Text block a little fragile in places towards rear.
