A very good facsimile reproduction of the 1894 edition of Burton's classic on travel in East Africa, nicely bound (albeit leatherette rather than leather). A work which added greatly to Western knowledge of Somalia, it is also a classic adventure story. Original sheet from the publishers, explaining the significance of the work, loosely laid in.
