Bound Collection of 18th to 19th Century Sheet Music for Airs, Songs, Dances etc, mostly arranged for the Piano Forte

A large volume, containing many musical scores, bound into a single volume.  Half bound in brown leather over marbled boards, gilt lettering on front panel on leather label.  Occasional glorious full page colour illustrations and elegant, often engraved, title pages.  Large and heavy folio.  Boards are heavily worn, heavily rubbed all round edges and spine, with some scuffing at edges and joins.  Front and rear hinges cracked.  Endpapers spotted.  Some chipped and bumping on page edges, and various signs of fingering, spotting and toning throughout.  One page repaired, neatly, but obscuring small portion of text.
